Hyssop Tea

Hyssop leaves are used to grow the mold that
produces penicillin. The tea made from hyssop
is very good to treat colds and congestion.
Licorice mint (anise hyssop), a member of the
hyssop family, makes a very pleasant tea to
drink as it has a light licorice taste. Add 2-3
tablespoons of the herb to a teapot. Add
grated orange and lemon rind to the pot if
desired. Pour boiling water over the herb and
steep 10-15 minutes. Sweeten and drink hot.
Will induce sweating and reduce fever fast.
