Cinnamon Tea

This is really good to take during a cold, as it
will cause you to sweat. Cinnamon is a strong
stimulant and this really works. Simmer 6 sticks
of cinnamon in 2 cups of water for 30 minutes.
Strain and add milk and honey after removing
the cinnamon sticks. Tastes delicious and kids
love it.
