Leaves/bark, crushed 1 tea spoon
Boiling water 1 cup
To prepare the tea, boil the herb in 1 cup water for 2- 3 minutes.
Remove from the heat, cover the pan and let the mixture stand for 10
minutes. Strain and drink.
Preparation time: boiling time 2-3 minutes; standing time 10 minutes.
Dosage: 1 cup, twice a day, morning and evening.
