Dried/fresh blossoms, chopped 2 tea spoon
Water 1 cup
Heat the water and the blossoms to a simmer, then remove from the fire.
Cover the vessel and cool the mixture for 15 minutes before straining.

Dosage: 1 cup, twice a day, morning and evening for several weeks.
