Home Made Herbal Recipes for Headaches with BALM
Leaves, fresh/dried, crushed 2 tea spoon
Boiling water 1 cup
Pour the boiling water over the leaves, cover the container and let the
mixture stand for 10 minutes. Strain and sweeten with sugar or honey
and drink hot.
Preparation time: 10 minutes.
Dosage:1 cup twice a day.
Recommendation: Useful for tension headaches.
